TWO YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY:

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of two years from the original invoice date. Deductibles are to be paid for by the customer (pricing below.) The manufacturer agrees to replace defective battery with a battery of equal value with no cost to the customer (excluding deductible) Replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction of battery and proof of purchase will be confirmed by showing warranty certificate or original sales receipt.

WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED IF:

Diagnostic codes P3190, P3191 or P0A0F are present. If the hybrid battery has been tampered with.

DIAGNOSTIC NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY:

It should be noted that if a diagnostic is performed and proves no defect in the battery there will be a $150 diagnostic fee. 

LIMITATIONS OF TRAVEL:

Service of warranty provided within a 100-mile radius will result in a $50 travel fee, service of warranty provided within a 101–200-mile radius will result in a $100 fee. There is no fee for customers who bring their vehicle to our location at 4971 Quality Drive Unit #2, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.

WARRANTY TRANSFERABILITY:

The warranty may be transferred as long as the VIN number is present on the warranty certificate and/or invoice.
